Residential demolition of any kind can be a stressful undertaking, but at All American Debris & Wrecking, we are more than capable of handling your project. If your home has sustained fire or storm damage and you’ve decided it would be best to start fresh, we can help.

What You Need to Know Before Starting Residential Demolition

We’ve been doing this kind of work since 2000, and our experience has prepared us to help you every step of the way. In the meantime, here are a couple of things you should know about residential demolition before getting started:

  • Demolition can happen in one of two ways: mechanical or by hand. Our specialty is the mechanical method for residential demolition because we have access to the required machinery and we have the know-how to use equipment safely and accurately. Demolition by hand is usually twice as expensive and twice the amount of work.
  • Cancel all utility services prior to your demolition appointment. Failing to do so is a serious safety hazard to the team. This is something that can be stressful with residential demolition, but getting it done as soon as possible before your appointment (ideally 2 weeks before) is the best way to ensure safety for everyone involved.

No matter what your situation is, we can help! We are happy to serve our neighbors in the Jacksonville, Florida area and offer free estimates. Give us a call anytime and schedule an appointment to allow us to assess your situation and offer you the best course of action for your needs. At the end of the day, we’ve been there… wrecked that — and we know how to help you with your next chapter.
